As life happens, we build walls, each brick representing something good or bad that shaped us. Over time, those walls become unconscious rooms we operate from, and eventually, they can become prisons. "Wrecking the room" means identifying these limiting spaces, tearing down what no longer serves you and stepping into the room you're meant to be in.
