HI, I'M JODY
At my core, I'm a husband, father, and friend — the roles that keep me grounded and fuel everything I create.
Professionally, I'm a former CNN & Good Morning America team member, Music Supervisor for The Bachelor franchise, author, film producer, and multi 7-figure entrepreneur who's worked with Netflix, HBO, Sony, Warner Bros, Marvel, and Disney.
For over two decades, I've helped major studios tell better stories under pressure—from producing feature films to managing million-dollar creative projects—and now I help organizations rewrite theirs.
I help high-performing leaders and teams break through the barriers that keep them stuck at the same level. I teach audiences to identify what's limiting their growth, eliminate those obstacles, and rebuild with clarity and purpose.
What does "Wreck the Room" mean?
When life happens, we build walls—each brick representing something good or bad that shaped us. Over time, those walls become unconscious rooms we operate from, and eventually, they can become prisons. "Wrecking the room" means identifying these limiting spaces, tearing down what no longer serves you and stepping into the room you're meant to be in.

For Organizations
Let's Transform Your Team's Performance
Your organization has talented people and strong systems, but somehow you're hitting invisible walls. Outdated processes kill creativity. Cultural patterns reward playing it safe. Unspoken rules about "how we do things here" go unquestioned. Fear of failure stops innovation before it starts.
I help companies identify and systematically eliminate these barriers, creating breakthrough performance and innovation.
